First Adult Care Home

Hi my name is Paul Manzo and I have been visiting the seniors at First Care Adult Homes weekly for a number of years. Stephanie, Priscilla, Samantha, Nico and Freddie are so good to their seniors! All of their residents are very happy. The residents are fed great home cooked meals and the home is kept very clean. It truly is a home like environment. Keep up the great work you guys!

My mom has been here for over a year. I do not find Stephanie to be rude at all! I completely trust her with my mom’s care! She loves my mom and her residents and has their best intentions at heart. She does run a tight ship but she does it to make sure her residents are well taken care of!

Stephanie is rude and controlling. Oblivious to obvious signs of distress and unaware of how to properly care for someone who has mobility issues. She also is quick to make your loved one a zombie so they don’t cause her any “trouble” (work).

BRWARE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Stephanie was RUDE and was NOT Professional when inquiring information for placement for my grandmother. I would not place a loved one in this facility and ownership knowing the level of care and how the staff will care for a loved one! For Stephanie having 30 years of experience she definitely needs to re-think of the families concerns and how the individual will feel comfortable with her staff and under her car. I would NEVER recommend this Facility!! Definitely spread the word in regards to this facility, and how myself and my grandmother was treated.

I can't recommend First Adult Care Home highly enough. My father-in-law was here for the final two weeks of his life. He had been with us at home, and we were worried about moving him away from family care... but our concerns were instantly alleviated. The atmosphere is gentle and welcoming when you enter. It is clean, bright, and organized, and the staff went above and beyond to help us make the place comfortable and familiar to him. The residents we met all were happy and well cared for. As our father-in-law neared his final days, he stopped eating, drinking, and responding to us. They kept on top of his pain management, adjusted his position regularly, and allowed family to come and go as they needed to. They offered food and water to all of us! We all felt cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, gentle passing. I would recommend this place to anyone needing support for a loved one who needs total care.
