I have been a resident here for 8 months. I often brag about the caregivers here. It's obvious in their interactions with residents that they work here because they genuinely care. No place is ever perfect but Fairview is ALWAYS clean and does not smell like cleaning chemicals. There are always staff nearby to attend to whatever needs or questions I might have. Although our meals may not always be something that is appealing to me, the kitchen makes sure to serve well balanced and nutritious meals. I researched and toured several Assisted Living facilities in the Spokane area. For my income and basic needs, there is not a better place here.

OWNER, NURSE AND STAFF DO NOT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

For the most part everyone has been friendly my father hated everything about the place when he first moved in but seems to have settled in i believe that the food could be better but not the worst I have seen

We moved my mom here, they sold us a bill of goods. I went to visit her and the staff did NOT even know she had moved in, she was being completely neglected! An ambulance had to be called and when we arrived at the emergency room the doctors informed us they believed she had been dehydrated and overly sedated. They said she was catatonic. See the attached photo, that is the food they serve the residents. A meal there consists of white bread with cheese whiz and cheetos. How these people look at themselves in the mirror is beyond me. There's a special place in hell for people who treat the elderly this way.
