Excel Six

Excel and Tom Cecchini President were referred to our condo association to remove an existing set of carports and build replacements. We met with Tom on site in late May where he expressed interest in the project. We heard nothing from him for three weeks. When we contacted him by e-mail on 6/23, he requested more time which we agreed to provide. We heard nothing for another three weeks, I contacted him by phone on 7/19 and was told we would have an answer on 7/24. On 7/27, I called him again and was given another promise that we would have a proposal by early next week. Today 8/1, I called again and was given the same story.... he's busy, things come up, he's waiting for other sub-contractor's bids etc. I asked why he agreed to bid on this job and then waste over two moths of our time? More excuses. Buyer beware.... very disorganized and unreliable.
