Amazing Zen themed senior community. Truly unique and lovely atmosphere.

Very disappointed in my Enso experience. For the price, the level of knowledge/service in independent living is shockingly low - I’m sure staff turnover has a lot to do with it, but that does not seem to be getting any better. I moved on within my 90 day window, with gratitude for those residents and staff (especially concierges, servers and valets) who occasionally even crack a smile and always find a way to solve a problem rather than sending me on to yet another clueless administrator. Update: loving life in Santa Rosa CA. Cognitive issues were only going to get worse in “independent living”…and SR has all the activities of Enso, and then some, as long as I’m still driving (then there’ll be uber).

I moved here 4 months ago and it was a life changing decision (in a very good way). The people are friendly, kind, and so interesting. The food is wonderful and healthy. I love the pool, and I am grateful for the opportunities to learn from the people who live here and the people who come to give talks each week.

Karen was so helpful and patient with us. She squeezed us into her fully packed schedule and gave us a thorough tour on our impromptu stop about a month ago.. I apologize for being so late writing a review Karen. We are (hopefully) at least 10 years away before wanting to enter a transitional care facility, but management & residents at ENSO felt cerebral yet very welcoming & friendly: right up our alley. Karen explained that they are not yet accepting deposits and we are still looking at other facilities, but ENSO is on our list! Many thanks Karen, Max & Ann.

This is a new model for later lifestyle conscious living, with all kinds of activities that residents create the space to their enjoyment. Beautiful amenities and my favorite idea is them minimalist design, and everyone is allowed to put their artwork on the wall outside of their room to express themselves. The chef hand picks from the large organic gardens that are nurtured and can be viewed from the balconies. There is space for your car and they will bring it to the front door for you when you’re ready to go on an outing.
