We have had the privilege of providing care to several of their residents, and this is truly one of the best board and care facilities in the valley. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing exceptional care to every resident. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, modern, and welcoming—it even smells fresh, which speaks volumes about the level of care and attention given to the environment. Julie, the administrator, is incredibly hands-on and takes great pride in managing the facility. She is professional, organized, and very accommodating to our hospice team. Her excellent communication and collaboration make it easy to work together, ensuring residents receive timely, coordinated, and high-quality care. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and well-managed home for their loved one.

My father is a resident at Emerald Rose Garden and I couldn't be more impressed with the staff, the facility, and the management. I know that my dad is receiving excellent care and I feel always welcome when I visit.

This Board and Care home is beautiful! It is painted white inside with gray tiles that look like wood. It’s light, bright, and airy, with lots of windows and sunshine beaming in. It has one backyard with green grass, flowers, and a table with chairs for family members to enjoy meals outside with their loved ones. On the other side of the house, is a pool and patio with another set of table and chairs. In the front, there is a gated courtyard with grass, flowers, and the occasional baby rabbit. The kitchen is clean, light, and bright as well. It has a very minimal look with everything tucked away and the counters and island are free of clutter. The staff members make well-balanced meals for the residents, and the area is cleaned up immediately after each meal. The Home is always spotless. In the living room, there is a large sectional sofa with recliners built in and a large TV on the wall for entertainment. The care staff is excellent and personable, and really go out of their way to help each resident with their particular issues. Safety is always a concern and each resident has a call button to push when they need assistance. This Home decorates the rooms and celebrates every type of holiday. They make the residents and their families feel welcomed to attend the festivities. I’ve seen some grandchildren of the residents singing on the karaoke machine and others dancing to dance apps on the big screen TV. Everyone seems to enjoy the parties. I cannot recommend this facility enough. The management and the care staff are excellent and very conscientious, and all of the residents are very happy and content living there.

This facility does not get enough credit for the tremendous help and service they provide to our community. In all these years, I have taken care of both my parents and husband with Alzheimer's dementia. I have been in support groups that became my pillar of strength and that's where I first heard about Emerald Rose Garden. One of the family members' wives was in Emerald Rose and he shared how their life significantly became better ever since his wife went to this home. I have seen my fair share of facilities big and small as I considered placing my husband last year, but didn't push through as it did not feel right. This changed when I went to Emerald Rose Garden. I signed up my husband for their waitlist that same day and luckily got a room a month after. The rest was just pure relief and happiness. Thank you for taking care of my husband until the end. I will eternally be grateful for all the love and care Julie and her entire team extended to my husband and our entire family.
