I am a placement advisor, and I placed my own parents into Windermere Estates. Location and cost were of primary concern to us initially, but I’ve been impressed with the care that the staff has provided as well. My mother’s health had been failing and we actually placed her on hospice very suddenly, just a day or so after moving them in. The team at Windermere didn’t miss a.beat and immediately stepped up to the plate to accommodate our needs and the rapid change in my mother‘s condition. All the while, they were gracious to us and surrounded my dad with attention and comfort and care. We lost my mom just days into their stay, and everyone on the team was very compassionate and loving to all of us, especially my sweet dad. In the weeks since all of this happened, everyone – from from the dining team to the concierge and everyone in between - has been so caring and comforting to my dad. Our family is so pleased and grateful. Windemere is and has been a godsend for us.

Windermere Estates Senior Living has a wonderful environment. The staff is caring, professional, and very supportive. I visited to provide notary services for a resident, and everyone was helpful and accommodating throughout the process. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. I would give the food an A+ well prepared and variety. Care Givers for the most part very caring and gentle. Take pride in their work. And help whenever the see A resident in need without being tołd to help. The facility is kelp clean and everything always works as is suppose to or our maintenace director will get right on it. The enviroment is all ways comfortable. There is always an activity of some kind for the residents to enjoy. I found the Executive Director to be very concerned in addressing the complaints of residents immediately . She is always smiling and no matter how busy she may be she always takes time to listen and makes you feel as if you are the only one she cares about at that time.

On yesterday I had to pleasure to tour this facility. I was greeted warmly by their concierge’s. The tour went amazing and I was able to meet with the administrator Raquel, who was very nice. I recommend that you would send your loved ones here I was also looking for a family friend.

My mother lives at Windermere Estates and has never complained about the food or the staff. Her only complaint is that on the weekends, the number of attendants is reduced and sometimes it’s hard to get help.
