I enjoy the residents here and love seeing there happy faces at meal times .. Staff is caring and attentive to the residents

This place is awful my mother was there for three years. When we moved her in it was really nice the people were wonderful then it changed hands and quickly went downhill. I wish there was an option to give zero stars as that’s what they deserve. My mother was constantly in dirty clothes, her bathroom was atrocious….to many things to list. She had many falls and we weren’t contacted she had a UTI had 105 temperature ended up in the hospital because of their neglect. Bottom line PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YIUR FAMILY MEMBER TO THIS PLACE. In my oppinion, the worst place you could ever put someone you love.

They are not a great place to put your loves one they only want there money short staff and all they do is sit and eat and go off the ⏰ can do everything they have no kitchen help they don't have 24 hr nurse and they let thing happen to people and don't report it until other people say they are but if you want to keep. Your family keep them away they let they workers smoke weed they don't drug test they don't do a lot my mom said she was so stressed because they had her work other people hrs and she was feed up how they was treating her because she was new but she was the best one they had she cook for them and all now if you really want to no the truth they don't like to clean up issues that go on in that place the cover up for each other it's said you see the workers maintenance man don't fixs nothing for months and lie to the residents that we will fix the things they ask to be fix the lady Heather sit in the office with her kid and her friend and orders Uber eats after they get high and terry sit and walk around but any how you guys should be put out of business for sure but why are some of the people family or friends are moving some of them out because they not taking care of them most of the workers are home health aid care givers not CNA lol 😂 but ok

The only good reviews on this place are from people trying to save their jobs and keep it open.It's so poorly managed that at times residents who are supposed to be fed are overlooked or just neglected. If you care about your loved one go across the street to Hubbard House.
