The morning staff especially at the front desk are amazing. Helpful. Pleasant. But come the 8pm or evening staff, rudeness, unhelpfulness, ignorance, lack of patience, condescending, disrespectful , and just down right nasty to residents prevail. Don’t ask the evening staff for any assistance they know nothing and do nothing. Everything is a problem or inconvenience for them to actually do their job. They are the disgrace. The morning staff can not do enough to help. Are courteous and respectful and make the residents and their families feel at ease. Certainly not that 8pm staff, as I said, everything is a problem to them and God forbid they have to help a resident, that must be beneath them. Shameful that such a good place as Edwnwald was once with kind staff, pleasant and helpful staff has now been allowed to turn into nasty, I could not be bothered individuals. I can only hope that one day their family member can experience the same disrespect with which they show not only residents but also their families.

My parents have been there for almost 20 years. And still love it. I’m happy knowing my parents are happy and well taken care of. The offer the residents lots of trips and activities.

The entire KITCHEN (cafe) STAFF NEEDS TO GO EXCEPT Audrea, Dwayne and there's one other lady. I was there today (11/26) and there was a young lady preparing fish (Haddock) sandwiches. (I will be back to update this review with names) She was EXTREMELY rude, not only today but most days. She doesn't need to be working in a nursing facility around our elders with a nasty attitude. I will be back to update this review..

My experience yesterday. Was really beautiful. To see that Miss Feldman is been taken care of the way that I used to take care of her. I used to clean for her for 15 years .And the building is so beautiful. Glad to know that she could get it out and do things and meet other people. Went to the cafe for lunch and the food was marvelous. Thank you guys so much for everything that you're doing for her. And I will be back. Please take care of my mom. She's a handful 😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️
