My mother lived the last year of her life at Golden Orchard, and it was honestly one of her best. She was one of the many people who never wanted to leave her home, but when the time came I could not have asked for a better new home for her than Golden Orchard. Marcela Reyes and the staff of caregivers made her feel safe and comfortable; she had a beautiful sunny room but was always out socializing and doing activities with the other residents and the staff. Right through the end they cared for her as though she were part of their own family, and kept me updated about everything as I live in another state. They "met her where she was" and cared for her as an individual. Before her move I never knew there were places like this. Marcela and the staff have made it a very special home.

My mother was in this facility until she passed away. Marcela the director was wonderful and so kind and caring. She was wonderful about calling and updating us continually. I always felt so welcome there. The caregivers were so wonderful to my mom and treated her with such care, love and respect. We could call any time and there was always someone there to answer our questions or take care of our concerns. I was so glad she was under their care when she passed.

My grandmother has only been in this community for a week, but the relief for all involved is becoming clearer each day. She was resistant to moving, as she is quite elderly and believes herself to be relatively independent, but she is settling in nicely and has become more grateful and understanding about the decision to relocate her. The staff is wonderful, led by physicians. I have found that the caregivers and administrators are thoughtful, personal and thorough. They have gone way above and beyond in communication with me, acknowledging what a leap of faith it is to entrust a vulnerable loved one to others. I like that the home is small, so there is individualized care and concern, but it's not an actual house. The facility is warm and welcoming. I would recommend considering this community to others who are struggling with the decision to make a life transition for an elderly family member or friend.

A special recognition to a wonderful team of individuals. As a nurse, I have often been referred by my company to care and manage some of the medical needs of their residents. I am always in awe at the level of kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to learn by the caregivers. Often times, part of my work involves teaching caregivers in the treatment and management of disease processes. The team there have been my eyes and ears as I am not always there and depend greatly on them to report changes to me. To my dear Julie, you have been an ANGEL to those you care for. I have worked with you directly and know the quality of care you provide to those residents. It is beyond exceptional. You have been my right hand many times. You and the team there have allowed me to provide the best care possible to my patients and for that I am grateful. What an honor it has been to be welcomed by such a beautiful team. Dr Chang, thank you for always being so attentive and available to the residents' needs. Your team there has been a gift to me. Golden Orchard was my first real introduction to the world of Senior Living. What a pleasant journey it has been.

I want to give Golden Orchard the new owners and the staff a 5 star review. I have two elderly parents living at Golden Orchard and they are doing amazing living there. The new owners are wonderful.The staff is so caring, attentive and loving to my parents And all the residents living there. We feel so blessed that we found this wonderful group home for my parents who are experiencing dementia. I highly recommend any of there Golden Orchard homes for your love ones that may need additional or special loving care.❤️
