Gifted $1000.00. Did not receive a call or thank you note. Extremely disappointed in management.

I have tried to contact my mother many many many times and nobody will answer the phone. My sister showed up there and had to wait on an employee for 10 minutes in the lobby for them to get done smoking before they helped her. This is crazy and something needs to be done about this situation. A worker made a remark to my fiance about being pregnant again after seeing our 9 month old baby. Her remark was "don't you know how to stop that from happening?" Absolutely ridiculous.

The absolute worse place you could place a loved one.. my mom has been there not even a week now and has been sent to the hospital 3 times due to her blood sugar. They have changed her insulin twice and not following the schedule feedings that needs to be done with a brittle diabetic. She is being treated as a dementia patient more then a diabetic, they won't feed her or give her anything to drink when she asks. Not only that, the locked hallway is the saddest I've ever seen. The smell is awful and the staff there is just flat out rude. In the process now of putting a 2 weeks notice to getting her out. To think this place cost 4200 a month. Prayers for everyone that has no other choice but this place.. I hope the best for you guys.

The smell of urine is strong and hits your right in the face as your go through the locked door. Someone had urinated on the couch and it was still there soaking wet where other residents could walk in and sit right in it. I didn't see anything for the residents that lived behind the locked doors to do besides TV which you couldn't hear or stare at the walls. This was the most shocking, sad, disgusting place I have ever seen in my life.
