I have had the pleasure of visiting many senior communities throughout Riverside County, and I can sincerely say that Discovery Commons Raincross is one of the most impressive communities I have ever encountered. The moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, kindness, and genuine love that the team has for their residents. Julia Floyd is absolutely incredible. She is professional, compassionate, and wholeheartedly dedicated to the residents and families she serves. Her passion for senior care is evident in everything she does. Julia has a beautiful heart and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every resident feels valued, respected, and loved. It has truly been a pleasure getting to know her and witnessing her dedication firsthand. Lisa at the front desk is wonderful and welcoming. Her friendly smile and caring personality immediately make everyone feel at home. She creates such a warm first impression and treats residents, families, and visitors with kindness and respect. Carlos Espino, Executive Director, is an exceptional leader. Great communities begin with great leadership, and Carlos has cultivated a culture of compassion, excellence, and teamwork. His commitment to providing the highest quality of care and creating a beautiful environment for residents is evident throughout the entire community. William, Director of Health and Wellness, is outstanding. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern for the residents provide families with tremendous peace of mind. It is clear that he truly cares about every resident’s well-being. Claudia, Activities Director, brings so much joy, laughter, and purpose to the residents each day. Her creativity and enthusiasm create meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of everyone in the community. I would also like to recognize Orianna, who works alongside Claudia in activities. I had the pleasure of participating in an activity with their residents, and Orianna was incredibly helpful, kind, and engaged with everyone. Her patience, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made the experience even more special. The residents are truly fortunate to have someone so caring and dedicated. A special recognition also goes to Marili Martinez, Memory Care Director. Caring for individuals living with dementia requires a very special heart, and Marili exemplifies compassion, patience, and dedication. Her commitment to creating a safe, loving, and dignified environment for memory care residents is truly admirable. It is evident that she deeply cares for each resident and works tirelessly to ensure they receive exceptional care and support. What makes Discovery Commons Raincross so special is not only the beautiful community itself but the extraordinary people who work there. Every team member genuinely cares about the residents and treats them like family. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and filled with compassion. As someone who works closely with seniors and has visited countless communities, I can wholeheartedly say that Discovery Commons Raincross is a place where residents are not simply cared for. they are extremely inconsiderate of vistors and DO NOT hold the same accountability to everyone. They're residents that have multiple vehicles and are parking in visitor parking and for that reason there is never parking available. This is a problem to me because if I were to leave my car for days on end in a visitor parking my grandparents would without a doubt hear a complaint from management that I have been there for multiple days at a time but when the same cars continue to park there and NOT move it is for some reason all ok and fine. Maybe they're friends with management because I really dont see how else this is all fine for them and not others. Also for anyone wondering the manager that was extremely rude, her name is DARLENE.

Beautiful grounds, well prepared and tasty food and a caring staff. Carlos is the Executive Director and is very hands on and it shows! Claudia oversees wonderful events and keeps things interesting for the residents.
