We have been using Deer Ridge Respite Care for our loved one for the past three years. While we have had disappointing experiences with other respite care providers in the past, our experience with Deer Ridge has consistently been exceptional. The staff at Deer Ridge are compassionate, professional, and do an outstanding job caring for our loved one. Their dedication gives us complete peace of mind, allowing us to take needed respite time without any worries. I highly recommend Deer Ridge! My mom was there for about a year and a half. It’s a very difficult time in life. The staff made it very easy! Shawn and all the people working there helped guide us throughout. To the point of personally moving furniture from room to room. From that to the care was top notch. My family was lucky to have them during this time.

After exploring many memory care and adult family home options for our mom, my sister and I felt like we found the right place for her at Deer Ridge and wished we had made the move sooner. Before moving to Deer Ridge, my mom was very unsettled and anxious and she settled in quickly at Deer Ridge. While her time at Deer Ridge wasn't long, she made friends with some of the other residents and seemed to finally be content with her living situation. While dealing with a family member with dementia is not easy, we feel very fortunate that she was able to live out the last months of her life in such a nice facility and we thank the staff for all they did to make her comfortable.

My brother moved in January 2026. He was in poor physical condition and disoriented from taking his medications improperly. He has improved greatly and is now very healthy and able to interact with friends and family when they visit. Myself and other family members are so appreciative that the fantastic staff at Deer Ridge take such good care and are so kind and concerned. It's a beautiful facility run by dedicated and caring professionals. Thank you all so much.

Great experience working with Deer Ridge for an elderly client of mine needing memory care placement after the hospital.
