It’s clear that the new management is doing a fantastic job. I recently visited this senior living community while in town from Arizona, searching for a place for a family member. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the genuinely friendly staff. The residents looked happy, engaged, and well cared for, which speaks volumes. The entire community was clean and inviting. I also had a chance to look over the dining menu, and it was both diverse and appetizing. This community definitely left a strong, positive impression!

This past Friday, Independence day, my aunt had spoke to the staff to setup a grill to bbq outside. One of the staff members had brought in their grill, but Mr. Joe, the person in charge, told them not to set it up. My aunt had already spent over $60 to purchased the bbq ribs, two apple pies and other food for the event that she wasn't able eat. In short, the ribs had to be put in the oven without proper preparation and it ended up being under cooked and uneatable. The rest of the food, no one seems to know where it went. So my aunt wasn't able to eat what she purchased and no one has said anything to her about it. This is just one of the many on going issues that is happening at this facility. I just found out that they, Deer Creek Assistant living, will be imposing a $5 fee per meal, if the residents don't or are unable to eat in the dining room. This is outrageous!
