Dale Commons! Beautiful, feels like home with a great community of seniors who get the opportunity to fellowship and build new relationships! It’s the only community that has a fitness instructor who comes in! Social Dining is amazing and food is delicious and it’s in a perfect location in Modesto! You can’t go wrong! Professional! Easy to work with and makes your loved ones feel right at home!

Best Place ever, I toured several and was overly impressed with the grounds, the common areas, and the apartments are like home. The Staff was also beyond sweet and made our family feel incredibly welcome! Highly recommended Dale Commons 💕

I couldn’t have found a better home for Dad than at Dale Commons. I toured every facility in the local area and Dale Commons was the superior choice for our family. The facility grounds are beautiful and spacious, the dining room has a full menu selection similar to a restaurant, and the staff are the most personable and caring healthcare workers I’ve encountered. Michelle Gonzalez was the most professional, friendly and hospitable assisted living Director I spent time with in my search for the right home for my father. And make sure you try her famous cookies, no joke.. they’re the best cookies I’ve ever had! I continue to be impressed with Dale Commons after 4 months of residency and my Dad is loving life in this community and actively working out in the facility gym with the on-site personal trainer Crystal. When you walk into the main lobby of Dale Commons, it feels like a resort with uplifting vibes. The staff knows every patient by name and treats everyone with the utmost of respect. The other facilities that I interviewed in town left me with a depressed feeling during my visits, but not Dale Commons. Even the residents are all cheerful & friendly, and there is always engaging activities for Dad to join in on. I never write reviews… but I truly couldn’t be more impressed with Dale Commons and highly recommend placing your elder loved ones in this community when the time comes. You will not find a cleaner and more welcoming facility in the Central Valley with highly competitive rates that we’re far better than anywhere else quoted me. It’s never easy to make this kind of move for your loved one, but Dale Commons made this the most pleasant experience I could have imagined. 10/10!

My mom resided at Dale Commons for over 6 years. She had a comfortable life there, was well-cared for and made friends with other residents and staff. I felt reassured that she had quality care the entire time and witnessed nothing but a friendly, clean, organized facility with the most incredible staff that gave my mom wonderful care.
