Was good at first, but wrongfully discharged me due to "uncompliance" (btw if you work, be prepared to give up your schedule). Its a nice place with wonderful workers (except for the lady who works overnight, not very nice) If you don't have no options, its a good opportunity to get back on your feet. Also they have individual rooms but mine had a broken bed and a open window.

Friend not allowed to return from caught smoking in room. Person had mental health issues and was not on meds, was told by 3 different people to email supervisor and they would also. Person is trying to get life together from mental health and abusive marriage but they failed to communicate properly but when his support supervisor called she was told another story but they still have yet to call me and tell me why he wasn’t allowed back when I was told he could. Wait then it was no beds, then it was he wasn’t being accountable. But I say this to say these places get free money and really not looking out for best interest. They provide resources and send you on the way. Alice or Allison and cherron I guess I will still wait for this call. And you guys should learn to communicate if this is what’s being asked in return. Where’s accountability?

Discharged for having car trouble out of town and not making it back for the night yet was able to return the next day. Was only there for a week, followed all rules, was taking care to talk to case managers and make all appointments. Great guest. Now not allowed to go to any of the CRC locations, because I was stuck out of town for a night which wasn't my fault. All they care about is money. Not letting me return because they wouldnt be making money off the empty bed for A NIGHT. I have nowhere to live or sleep now because of a car issue. Miss one night due to an accident and not allowed to return. What a stupid rule. Money. Money. Money. They don't care about there guests health.

I stayed at the west location and it was a nice experience! It was scary at first but the staff was friendly and warming. And I loved the people I met while staying here. Shout out to Keisha!

Temporary shelter in a group-home like setting. Well-furnished. First floor has many common area rooms, and a private room to collect thoughts. Second floor has bedrooms and bathrooms, one to two beds per room. Separate bathrooms for boys and girls. Meals are served here. Staffed 24/7. Laundry services are available. Most people leave within a week, but you are able to stay for four weeks if you need to. Mental illness is a requirement to stay, and they do handle medications here. My experience here was a positive one. In many ways it felt like home. I made temporary friends with many of the people passing by. I stayed for the full four weeks due to my circumstances. The staff was really caring and nice. I remember not being able to go to sleep and one of them made me tea to help me relax. Needless to say, I met a lot of interesting and kind people here. I tried to help the staff anyway I could, even though guests weren't allowed in the kitchen. The best thing about this place is that insurance pays for the whole thing, so it's rent-free.
