Charter of Rockford has been an amazing place for my mom for the past two years! The staff is compassionate and loving towards the residents ! There are so many fun activities that my mom has been involved in. It is a place that feels like home for my mom!

Charter has been so wonderful for Mom. From delicious meals, fun activities, assisting her with day-to-day tasks and the cleanliness of her room, everyone is providing what she needs for her best life. The facility itself is very welcoming for clients and visitors. I appreciate the fact that those in leadership are very willing to discuss Mom’s care with me.
