Terrible place. Bed bugs throughout the building. Air conditioners barely work and they won't fix them. Electrical fire hazard that has had fires in multiple units. Rent goes up $100 a month every year. It's not a safe place to live. Glad I don't live there anymore.

AC UNITS ARE LIKE FROM THE 1960S. OLD AND LOUD. RUSTY AND MOLD. UNSAFE! WHY CAN'T THEY UPGRADE IT? MAINTENCE BLAMES THE OWNERS FOR BEING SO CHEAP!
