Creekside Village Assisted Living LLC

This facility owes my elderly mother a refund of over $6500. I have been fighting with them for over a year to get it back. I feel bad for the elderly who dont have family to fight for them. Do not send your loved ones here. They are understaffed, unorganized, and there is never anyone to answer your questions. They are vague with information they do give and administrators do not care.

This facility has helped my friends mom so much! The care she is getting exceeds the expectations we had originally. After seeing this with her mother, I am not considering this as long term care for my family members in the future! Thanks again for helping Sheri!

I can’t say enough good things about Creekside Village Rehab and Nursing! The facility has undergone incredible changes with almost all new managers and staff, and it’s clear that they truly care about their residents. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive energy and genuine concern from everyone. The team is not only professional but also compassionate and dedicated to providing the best care possible. It’s evident that they’re constantly working to improve the facility, with upgrades happening every day to make it a better and more comfortable place for the residents.

New leadership and managers have added some key players to make lives easier and immediately improved quality of care. You can feel the change in the joy of the residents. Responsiveness has improved for communication; what used to take weeks is now hours of not minutes!

My mother lives here and the staff have been a joy. They show their love for mom and she has no complaints. If any thing happens to her, broken fingernail, fall, scratch or sore, they give me a call so that I am always in the loop. I gave them a 4 only because it is a older building and it is being improved slowly ,
