The food is terrible. I’ve given feedback. My loved one has given feedback. Nothing is done about it.

My mother was a resident at Creekside Senior Living for eight years, and our family will always be grateful for the love, compassion, and exceptional care she received. From the managers to every member of the staff, they made Creekside truly feel like home—not only for my mother, but for our entire family. She was always treated with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect. The caregivers took the time to know her as a person, not just as a resident, and it gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing she was surrounded by people who truly cared about her well-being. Creekside offers wonderful activities every day that keep residents engaged and connected. The beautiful, spacious grounds and walking path provided a peaceful place to enjoy the outdoors, and the patio became one of our favorite gathering places. We loved being able to reserve it for family barbecues, creating special memories together. Some of our most cherished memories were our Sunday visits. The grandchildren and great-grandchildren loved gathering with Grandma in the Bistro to play Rummikub. Miraculously, Grandma always seemed to win—perhaps with just a little help from the grandkids! After every game, Grandma insisted on treating everyone to small root beer floats and an order of French fries. We all marveled at how delicious those French fries were, and the Creekside staff always happily accommodated our family tradition with warm smiles and kindness. The holidays were especially meaningful at Creekside. Christmas was always a joyful time, and we greatly appreciated being able to use the large gathering room for our family celebrations. It allowed our large family to come together and spend precious time with our mother in a warm and welcoming environment. As my mother’s dementia progressed, the staff continued to care for her with extraordinary patience, love, and compassion. Her end-of-life care was provided with such kindness and dignity that it brought our family great comfort, knowing she was being so gently and carefully cared for every day. We are also deeply grateful for Dr. Gary Holland, who partners with Creekside to provide exceptional palliative care. His compassionate approach, encouragement, and guidance were an invaluable source of support as our mother faced the challenges of dementia. The managers and staff created a community where residents are truly valued and families are embraced. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine love made a difficult journey much easier for all of us. We will always cherish the eight years our mother spent at Creekside Senior Living. They gave her so much more than excellent care—they gave her a home, treasured friendships, and countless happy moments with those she loved most. For that, we will be forever grateful and wholeheartedly recommend Creekside Senior Living to anyone seeking a place where their loved one will be treated with compassion, dignity, and like family.
