Worst place. I would never put my love ones here. They are not the right place for them to be at.

Our family recently entrusted Creekside on Whipps Mill with the care of my father during a respite stay, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the very first tour, we were impressed by the warm, welcoming environment and the professionalism of the staff. What makes Creekside truly special is that everything we were shown and told during that tour has proven to be completely accurate. The quality of care, the attentiveness of the staff, and the overall atmosphere have met and exceeded every expectation we had. A special thank you goes to Alberta Turner and Andrea Ray, who have been absolutely outstanding throughout this process. Both have been incredibly responsive, compassionate, and supportive. Whenever our family had questions or concerns, they were quick to respond and always took the time to ensure we felt informed and comfortable. Their genuine care for residents and families is evident in everything they do, and their dedication has made a tremendous difference in our experience. We are equally grateful for the many nurses and caregivers who have cared for my father. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism have been remarkable. They consistently treat him with dignity, respect, and compassion, providing not only excellent care but also meaningful personal interactions that have made him feel comfortable and valued. One of the things that has impressed us most about Creekside on Whipps Mill is that the staff truly love what they do. You can see it in the way they interact with residents, the patience they show, and the genuine concern they have for each person's well-being. Their compassion is not something that feels forced or part of a job description, it is evident in every interaction. The nurses, caregivers, and support staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity and respect. Knowing that my father is surrounded by people who genuinely enjoy caring for others has given our family tremendous peace of mind. The entire team at Creekside on Whipps Mill has created an environment where residents are cared for like family, and that level of dedication is something that cannot be overstated. It is rare to find a place where the promises made during a tour are fully reflected in the day-to-day experience, but Creekside has done exactly that. We are sincerely thankful to Alberta Turner, Andrea Ray, the nursing staff, caregivers, and everyone at Creekside on Whipps Mill for the outstanding care and support they have provided. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Creekside on Whipps Mill to any family looking for compassionate, high-quality care for a loved one.

My soon to be 99 year old mother was welcomed to Creekside on the red carpet! The care she is receiving exceeds my expectations. The staff is accommodating and management is efficient. A special shoutout to “Berta” who my mom now calls her bestie. She has found her “home” away from home!

Dementia/memory care wing is a border line care. Missing sheets on beds, feces on mattresses, dirty floors, rude and abusive staff, no one addresses any concerns or complaints. I will not even leave my dog to be cared by this establishment.
