Had a tour today and it was by far the best out of the four we toured.

Came for a visit when I asked for some help, I was approached by a staff member named nada very unprofessional and called resident names and talked rudely to other staff members. This facility should keep a close eye on how staff members express over other residents and staff makes me think what happens in closed doors WATCH OUT UNLESS YOURE OKAY WITH YOURE FAMILY BEING TALKED DOWN!

My wife and I were able to have a tour at The Courtyard @ Bellevue and it was an amazing experience. We are not ready as of right now for placement of our loved one, but they are hands down the number one choice when moving forward.

The staff is very responsive and friendly and they know the residents well. Communication with the leadership is very good. The common areas and rooms are kept clean.
