I love the staff. I love almost all the residents. I've been here for over a year and I'm extremely happy. I think everyone goes above and beyond what's necessary to make us happy. I appreciate the outings that they take us on -- I don't really care where we go, just that we have a chance to get out and experience new things. I think they have great taste in what outings we do. I like the food, and I like how responsive the staff is whenever we have a problem. It's a great place and I really do love it here!

My dad has been living at the Court for a year and a half now. Everyone there is kind and concerned and always ready to help. There are programs for everyone, if they choose to participate, and they are always encouraged to do so. Maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. Pricing is fair for the area. And the gardens are to die for! p.s. It is 9 minutes from my house, so very convenient for me to drop by. Thanks for taking such good care of my daddy, everyone at the Court!

WARNING!!! Do NOT take your loved one to this facility! If you want a place that serves fried chicken sandwiches, non edible food that you can’t identify or want to be treated like a human being & not just money in the companies pocket … do yourself a favor & look somewhere else. When the chef doesn’t show up for breakfast - what are they going to eat? When the Health Department condemns the place in April of 2023 - what does that tell you? When they have a kitchen fire & the upstairs residents in walkers & wheelchairs can’t get out - what will they do? When you ask for a grilled sandwich & the grill is broken - you get a cold sandwich! The staff - a nightmare! The turnover rate on the employees - unbelievable! My full review is on YELP. If you love your relative -STAY as far away from this place as possible!

My mother is a resident at The Court at Round Rock. She is very happy with the staff and asked that I post the following in her words and on her behalf: “I have just read a derogatory article about Shellee. I feel I must dispute this. I have always found Shellee to be a very professional and caring person. Her bedside manner has always been professional, caring, and happy. I always felt that I was always getting the correct medications”.
