Fell and broke my arm a month ago and was taken to country crest where have had excellent care. They've helped me in every way. Great people and great care!

Country Crest has been a blessing. The staff is caring, honest and helpful. The facility is clean and odor free with the added plus of mobility for residents. Thank-you to all who have made this difficult transition in my husbands life so much easier.

Country Crest Post Acute truly sets the standard for quality care. The facility is consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, which makes a huge difference for both residents and their families. Eric is incredibly efficient and proactive—he moves quickly to get residents admitted and ensures they receive the services they need without delay. His responsiveness and organization really stand out. Nancy is equally exceptional. She brings a level of warmth and compassion that makes residents feel genuinely cared for. Beyond that, she does an amazing job collaborating with in-home care agencies like Comfort Keepers to help coordinate 1:1 care for residents after discharge when needed. That kind of continuity of care is invaluable, and her partnership is truly appreciated. Overall, Country Crest Post Acute offers a seamless, compassionate, and professional experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I have been coming into this facility for 5 years now to visit patients and I have to say that the staff is very caring and attentive. The facility is always clean and odor free! Odessa and Cheryl truly go above and beyond and the communication is thorough. I truly appreciate all that their team does and the compassion that they show to my residents. I would highly recommend for your rehabilitation needs post-hospital stay.
