Great facility. Very Clean and great leadership. The Administrator provided me with a tour. He was familiar with the family members and residents of the community. In fact, he gave me a tour on the weekend. I was glad he was present. Without hesitation, I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

My husband and I very pleased with The Cottages. My father in law gets great treatment from the whole staff. They are attentive, knowledgeable and especially caring. We would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

My Mom has had good days and bad days based on who the aids are for any particular day. Some are pleasant and helpful and some have told her they are not there to help and they don’t. The manager , Heather, has so far been good to communicate with me when I call. I just wish they all worked better together and did more training for their aids. I think this may be one of the better Assisted Living places in Montgomery. I am praying they want to be and will seek to improve. My Mom is doing fine there most days.

My aunt moved into the memory care cottage about two months ago. It was an adjustment, but she is beginning to feel settled in. I find the staff to be friendly, and the communal area as well as my aunt's room are clean. The fact that I can contact the director or any of the nurses for an update or any questions I have regarding my aunt and get an immediate response, makes me feel more secure.

Our 92 year old very independent Mom moved into The Cottages last month. There were a few early hiccups, which were expected, but the staff at The Cottages responded accordingly. Her three sons feel that she is safe, comfortable, well fed and cared for appropriately.
