Cottonwood Ridge

This mattress is my Mothers friends room/bed. . The facility keeps accusing the resident whenever bugs are found in a room. However, my cousin’s grandmother lives here and had them as well. Her friend is at the opposite end of the facility and she has proof of them as well, the building has had bugs for over two years or more other residents can confirm this. Each time, they make elderly residents throw away their mattresses and buy new furniture, even though the infestation is clearly throughout the building. This is unfair and unacceptable. The facility is infested and residents should not be blamed or forced to replace their belongings. Will be reporting to Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

I recently toured with my family member this assisted living facility and we were so pleased with the friendly and knowledge staff. The home environment is very warm and welcoming. Very impressed and hope to have our family member join their community.
