Cottonwood Manor Assisted Living

My great aunt resides in this assisted living facility, and we don’t get to see her very often. However, we visited her this morning and witnessed the caregiver, Michelle, working the floor extremely overworked and being very rude to my aunt’s neighbor. When I asked her if she was okay, she claimed to be fine and said that she “calls a lot for small things,” referring to the client she had been inhumanly rude to. Besides that when we arrived clients were at breakfast and our aunt was still in her bed in a soiled diaper. I wanted to speak to a manager today, but another young woman working there explained that there was no one there at that time and, I would have to call on Monday. I would like to speak to someone regarding these matters immediately.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and homelike. The staff is incredibly compassionate and attentive, always taking the time to engage with residents and make sure they feel comfortable and valued. The community itself is clean, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped with everything residents need for a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle. What stands out most is the genuine sense of community at Cottonwood Manor. It’s a place where residents feel like part of a family, and their safety, comfort, and happiness are always top priorities. I would highly recommend Cottonwood Manor to anyone looking for quality care in a supportive, caring environment.
