Justin was wonderful and so easy to work with. I was nervous and completely lost about how to care for my elderly mother after her stroke. Justin walked me through everything and reassured me every step of the way. The staff were all friendly and enthusiastic. I have many cherished memories of the photos they took during holiday parties. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for care!

Our mother was diagnosed with a terminal illness just over a year ago. Balboa cottages willingly took her in even though we said it might only be a for few weeks. They took such great care of her, that we were recently able to move her into an assisted living facility where she has additional independence. I cannot thank Justin and the staff enough for everything they did for our mother.

Don't allow them in your neighborhood whatever you do. They have their staff & visitors park on our street leaving us homeowners without any parking. They park in the red, obstructing views, fire hydrants, sidewalks, etc. Extremely inconsiderate workers/staff & guests!
