Coterie Cathedral Hill

Coterie Cathedral Hill is truly exceptional. The community feels elevated yet welcoming, with every detail clearly designed to support both comfort and dignity. The sales director was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process, making what could have been overwhelming feel smooth and reassuring.

I toured the facility with Amanda and she gave a thorough overview of Coterie and everything they have to offer. The rooms are beautifully designed and the amenities are fabulous. The entire team is warm and friendly and all of the residents I interacted with had a real sense of community.

I’ve been researching communities for a family friend and was truly impressed by how thoughtfully designed this one is — not a single detail has been overlooked. From my very first call with Amanda to the in-person visit, the entire experience was wonderful. I’m looking forward to the next steps.

A dear friend of mine who lives at this facility just told me of a incident that happened on Friday, where there was a leaking bathroom on the 4th floor that is right above the main dining room, and she had eat with other residents while this leak was happening. She told me that the management at this living facility doesn’t care about its residents or employees not one bit. She told me that she has seen a number of residents and employees leave and that she is also looking to leave soon as well! I feel bad for everyone that lives at this poorly managed living facility!
