I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care Hope and her team provided to my friend during his time at Concerned. From the moment he moved in, he was embraced as family, and it was clear that he felt truly loved and at home under their care.I am especially grateful for the support he received during his final days. Being surrounded by such a wonderful and attentive staff ensured that he was comfortable and at peace, which means a great deal to me and everyone who cared for him. Thank you for the extraordinary compassion and support Hope and your team showed throughout this entire journey. You will never know how much I appreciate you.

Bare minimal in care and they are double dipping when it comes to someone on hospice. They insist that you sign with their hospice company which is owned be same owners as the assist living. This called double dipping and is illegal. The administrator Hope is unethical. Only one staff member for 10 residents is unsafe. If you care about your loved ones you will take them somewhere else
