Thankful for the care that my grandmother receives in the memory care unit. Their patience and expertise is appreciated. We especially love all the activities that Paisley provides to keep them moving and active.

My Dad has been at CSL since September. Everyone is friendly and helpful starting with Stephanie at the front desk who greets you with a cheerful smile. Paisley is great at getting my Dad involved in activities and always calls me to let me know about special events like Family Night. My Dad was recently in the hospital and rehab and I was able to call Miranda directly while he was away to give her updates and get her assistance in planning for his return to CSL. Miranda is always helpful when I have medical concerns about my Dad, and the staff calls whenever there’s an issue. There is more staff that I could recognize but I don’t know everyone’s name. I live in Richmond, and it gives me great comfort in knowing he’s at CSL!

My grandma is in the memory care unit here, and trusting others with her care is not something our family takes lightly. Navigating memory loss is incredibly emotional, but having compassionate staff makes such a difference. I especially want to recognize Paisley Comer. She consistently shows patience, kindness, and genuine care toward my grandma. She takes the time to make sure she’s comfortable and treated with dignity, and that reassurance means more to our family than we can put into words. It’s clear she has a heart for what she does. Knowing someone is looking out for my grandma with such attentiveness brings us real peace of mind. We are very grateful for the care she provides.

Paisley Comer at Commonwealth Senior LIving Center is the best!!! She is so good with my mom and all the other patients!!! She is kind and patient. She spends time with the patients and does activities with them. She goes above and beyond daily to make them feel at home there. I love her and so does my mom. ❤️

Had a great experience today at Commonwealth! The staff was courteous and willing to help however they could. Mildred Harrison, the director, was also very helpful and was a phenomenal resource and answered all questions, ensuring my visit was a great one!
