Commonwealth Senior Living at Hillsville is a wonderful community! The Executive Director (Clive Dixon) is kind, welcoming, and truly cares about both the residents and their families. The staff is friendly, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell everyone genuinely cares deeply about the residents and works hard to make them feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Highly recommend!

I have had a very positive experience with this assisted living facility. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and respectful toward residents, and it’s clear they take pride in the care they provide. Communication with families is reliable and reassuring. The environment is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, with a warm atmosphere that helps residents feel comfortable and at home. Caregivers are patient and responsive, and they take time to address both medical and daily living needs with dignity and compassion. Activities and social opportunities are well-planned and help residents stay engaged, active, and connected with others. Overall, the facility provides a strong balance of safety, support, and quality of life. On-site therapy team is skilled, encouraging, and works closely with residents to improve strength, mobility, independence, and confidence in daily activities. I've had friends and family members who have spent time at Commonwealth Hillsville and all have had wonderful experiences. The front desk is always warm and inviting. The staff is helpful and caring. A great location, beautiful/clean building and rooms, and on-site therapy makes for a top rated assisted living to the twin county area.
