Our mother lived her final four years in Sweet Memories, the memory care wing. And it was a blessing. The love, care, and dignity shown by the staff brought out the best in our mother, providing her a fulfilling and happy life and giving us additional years and memories we did not anticipate when she moved in. The office personnel were helpful, welcoming and easy to work with — from Vickie greeting us at the door to all of the administrative staff. But the residential care staff — Nicole, Sheila, Lou, Yolanda, Margaret, Jervette and so many others — were exceptional and made all the difference. I did not expect the depth of love and care they provided our mother, how happy she was, and how much she loved them in return. I am grateful for the community at CSL who became like family, and could not recommend them more highly.

This community is a very beautiful community. I enjoy visiting Vicki, the concierge, as she is so polite and willing to help with a smile. Marc (ED) and Nichelle (DON) care strongly about their residents as they go over and beyond for them.

I have been visiting this community for several years now, and continue to enjoy the friendliness of staff and welcoming spirit of the residents. The recent renovation has the building matching the quality of the people. I want to commend Vicky at the front desk, and Jervette and Diana in activities. They are wonderful!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Ms. Levy on placement for a resident at our nursing home. She was quick to respond with phone calls and emails. She followed up in person when needed.
