Our family did not have a good experience with this company and our loved one’s care and communication was always a struggle.

Common sense housing is a great place for loved ones to live and be cared for although the staff get intimidated threatened and bullied by the two head administration. I love working there and the members are wonderful. If it weren't for the main admin I would still be working there. Most staff are great although there are a lot of dubs also. My biggest gripe about staff are that there are some very unmotivated workers that won't even wipe up spilled drinks and food from the floor, not only is that a hazard but it's disgusting. The overnight staff cleans up well but day shift seems to think they don't have to clean up after not just the members but themselves either. The house administrators are great to work with and for but the main admins need some management classes and need to show the actual workers who not only keep the business going but get those two admins checks signed for them a lot more appreciation and RESPECT.
