Cogir of Vacaville

Nice senior community, beautiful environment and friendly staff and residents.

I recently had the pleasure of touring Cogir of Vacaville the independent living facility with Sandra Karse, the Community Relations Director, and I can honestly say she made the entire experience welcoming, informative, and stress-free. Sandra took the time to answer every question we had, explained everything thoroughly, and truly showed compassion and professionalism throughout the tour. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and had a warm atmosphere, but Sandra’s kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made a lasting impression on us. After meeting with her and seeing the facility, I feel confident and excited about moving my mother in. Thank you, Sandra, for making such an important decision for our family feel much easier. Highly recommend!

My mother lived at Cogir (formerly under several other owners) from 2008 until her death in 2022. She loved the variety of menu items offered . There are plenty of activities for the seniors to participate in and keep them active which is very important.

Cogir has an amazing staff that are friendly, helpful and hardworking. It’s evident that they like their jobs and love the residents. They go out of their way because they care. The facility is beautiful and the grounds are well maintained and park like. The apartments are lovely and well laid out. We found Cogir to be the perfect place for our aged mother.
