COGIR OF BELMONT

Living 1000 miles away it is a relief that we found Cogir. My mother in law declined quickly and Cogir has been a fabulous fit. When she first moved in she was mobile and able to participate with the community and get to the dining hall for meals. She expressly has mentioned appreciating the food. As she has become less mobile Cogir was able to step up assistance and allow her to stay in the same place as her body changes. My wife comes monthly to spend time but is able to return home to work and know her mother is in good hands. The staff is caring and attentive and the rates are reasonable and the bills easy to understand (and we recently learned that the way the medical assistance is split from the medical assistance makes tax season a breeze). Thank you Cogir for helping us focus on the things that really matter in this phase of life.

Cogir of Belmont is absolutely an amazing community for your loved ones, they prepare fresh chef meals 3 times a day, care staff is on point, lot's of activities, if you're looking for your loved ones, please come to this community.

Cogir of Belmont has stunning views of the bay and apartments are beautiful. The food tastes as amazing as it looks. The team is doing a wonderful job at taking care of the residents who live there. Cogir has done a great job with the reopening and bringing life back into the building. If you need a senior living community for your loved one, this is a great choise.

My mom and dad both lived to be over 100 and we went through various senior facilities until we ended up at Vista Terrace. On all fronts, our parents felt Vista was the best they experienced based on facility, staff, residents and food. I also always felt welcomed and would get great updates. We are so fortunate to have found Vista Terrace. From the moment I stepped into the facility, I knew that this was the perfect location for our 95 year old Mom's next chapter. During the tour, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail that I saw in every public area as well as the resident apartments. The Vista Terrace team has created a strong community among employees, residents and their families Every employee is warm and friendly, and truly interested in the welfare and happiness of the residents. From the cookies in the lobby to the white tablecloths in the dining room or the staff that greets her by name, my mom feels valued and cared for. She loves the individual attention and caring attitude of the staff. In the short time my mom has been here, she has found that she loves having her assigned seat in the dining room with her juice of choice and coffee cup waiting for her, and a server who knows her preferences. Within the first week when her server noticed that she brought her own special silverware because of difficulty with her hands, they took over the "chore" of cleaning, storing and setting her table for every meal! She has discovered that she actually enjoys having someone else do her laundry (they even hang up my blouses!) and clean her apartment, allowing her to focus on an exercise program that she could not sustain in her own home. She's even socializing and enjoying new activities with others; something that we have not seen in some time! At Vista Terrace, her family has the peace of mind that she is safe and cared for, and we know that every employee is looking out for her well being. Thank you for such a wonderful experience !
