I was repeatedly bounced between different voicemails and transferred mid-sentence while trying to explain my situation. If this is how they handle phone inquiries, I can only imagine the level of care for residents. Unacceptable!

I spent 40 days on two separate occasions at Cole Creek. I don't have words to express the Wonderfull care and the outstanding personnel at this facility. They are caring and loving people doing a tough job. I highly recommend this facility definitely one of the better ones in Colorado.

My mother spent 3vweeks in rehab /recovery and subsequently loved the food and staff so much that she chose so spend her final 4 weeks of hospice care there and passes away this morning. For the most part I have no complaints and love the care and empathy they gave my mom in her final weeks . Only a few suggestions but not complaints for the future : Have beds with rails if needed to keep patients safe $550 a day for room and board is too much for end of life time . They just lay in bed a barely eat . Hospice is obviously covered by Medicare and they do do some of the work . Overall though I thank them and this facility

My mother was here for skilled nursing for 2 weeks. She hated having to go but they took great care of her. The staff was amazing. The physical therapists were extremely compentent. The food was good. They have large exercise rooms and lots of activities. My mother said if she ever has to move into a nursing home long term, she wants to go here.
