The Staff is so awesome! The food is AMAZING! Mrs. Taneshia, the Executive Director, has a light that makes you just feel good!

Krystal Clear Imaginations
This place is a nightmare! The memory care unit only has one aide per side plus a med tech they are NOT providing adequate care for their patients. While visiting I've noticed on many occasions where drinks are not provided even though it's written on a board to provide drinks ever few hours. Today a lady was walking around completely soaked and stayed that way until we left. I wouldn't bring my loved one here.

We appreciate your feedback however we wished you had discussed your concerns with us prior to your employment ending. The concerns you identify would definitely impact one's experience and warrant research in order to validate, and some seem to be matters that could easily be remediated once brought to our attention. In addition to your post, we wish that you had taken the time to discuss this with our management team or Corporate office as we feel communication is key.
