CLEARWATER AT NORTH TUSTIN

Had the pleasure of having lunch here yesterday. The dining room was beautiful and the food was delicious. Lots of options and fresh ingredients. All of the residents look genuinely happy and everyone is so friendly. I would feel very comfortable bringing my loved ones here to live/visit.

I cannot say enough about how much our family appreciated all the warm care and consideration that Clearwater/Clearbrook's staff showed to my elderly aunt during her time there. From the moment you enter the premises, there is a welcome feeling of relaxed luxury that comes from the thoughtful design, with outdoor walking paths, greenery such as olive trees and shaded patios w bbq grills and lounge areas. Our favorite dining spot was the "pub", an indoor dog-friendly space which allowed my aunt to spend time with our family pets...no airplane food here! Having a chapel on site was such a unique amenity that brought us comfort as well. The best feature, however, is the staff, all of whom I felt did their best to make residents feel at home while partnering and communicating with family to provide the best care possible. Clearwater/Clearbrook's people, policies and environment have created such a positive space, which translates to and is felt by the residents and guests alike. We treasured her time there, and are so grateful to everyone for making her final journey a beautiful one.

Had my mother at Clearwater for the past year. She recently passed away but the staff could not have treated her or me better. She started in Clearwater on the Assisted living side, but after a few months we need to move her to ClearBrook. I could not have been happier with staff or the administrators. They were all kind and treated her with repect. I would recommend Clearwater/Clearbrook to any one looking for care for their loved one.

Just taking a brief moment to share my feedback on what has been a great experience dealing with the Clearwater team on getting my father into the community there—especially Sales Director Kaitlyn Rosen. What would otherwise be a very stressful time for our family has been made that much easier by Kaitlyn and the team’s responsiveness and professionalism in dealing with the many visits, questions and requests to make my Dad’s situation there work best for him and his needs. We feel grateful to have such a wonderful team and community welcoming my father into his next home and stage of his life.

I can't say enough good things about Clearwater at North Tustin. Everyone has been amazing with their help and support as we worked through transitioning my mother into their community. The community is well designed with plenty of open space, and has lots of amenities and services to keep the residents active and engaged. If anyone is looking for an assisted living community you really need to take a hard look at this new community. They really did it right.
