Clearvista Lake Health Campus

I’ve been here for almost 14 months and my experience has been exceptional. The nursing staff and aides are courteous and supportive. The dining services are well planned and the staff aim to serve a meal and experience that is memorable. The activity department seeks to program events and activities that cultivate relationships and foster community. Our housekeeping and maintenance team is responsive and thorough when it comes to attention to cleanliness and whether the rooms and property is in good repair. We have an exceptional therapy team, which engages residents in a way that challenges and motivates them to overcome their physical and/or emotional barriers. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with their ability to relate and connect on a personal level. Clearvista isn’t merely a facility where patients might come for rehab treatment, or loved ones come for extended stays. Clearvista has become family, who have chosen to be by my side when I’ve been celebrating or experiencing sadness.

Great place for residents!

Such an excellent therapy team! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be walking now. The whole building has such wonderful nurses and staff and I am so grateful I've gotten to meet them all. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't be able to get around or get by. I appreciate everyone here. I love everybody and they all love me. Everyone looks out for me and makes me feel awesome every time I come here. I can't explain how great everybody is here, and any time I'm sick I'm coming back here. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone in here, and thank you all for accepting me! Amen!

The campus is nice, clean, and welcoming! The staff was very helpful in assisting us with finding a place for our loved one to receive rehab. We really appreciated their guidance and support throughout the process.
