Clayton House

Place is infested with roaches. My mom can't walk but a few steps. She has to stand and change herself there's she can. I stayed over 4 hours not one person step in room to check on her. Repeated went to administration wirh concerns. Food stinks

If I could give this facility zero stars, I would. My father was a resident here for nearly a year, and the experience during the final days of his life is something I will never forget. He was on hospice and actively dying. As his healthcare power of attorney, I repeatedly advocated for him to receive the comfort medications that had been ordered for him, including morphine and Ativan. Despite repeated requests, there were delays in providing those medications while my father was in obvious respiratory distress and suffering. Watching someone you love struggle to breathe while waiting for comfort care is something no family should ever have to experience. What happened to my father has left me with trauma that I will carry for the rest of my life. I cannot erase the memory of standing there, begging for him to receive the comfort and dignity he deserved while feeling powerless to stop his suffering. I will never forget the moment he looked at me and silently mouthed, “Help me.” No daughter should ever have to witness that or carry that memory for the rest of her life. Beyond the delays in his hospice care, I found the communication from nursing staff to be inconsistent, and I often felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed with the urgency they deserved. End-of-life care should be centered on compassion, dignity, and relieving suffering. That was not my experience. My father deserved better. Every patient deserves better. I sincerely hope no other family ever has to endure what we did. Sadly, I cannot recommend this facility based on my experience.

I really loved it here at clayton rehabilitation center.The nursing staff was wonderful.I loved my c.N.A.Travis, I hoped in the future that if I ever need more rehab services that I will be able to come back to this facility.
