City Creek Assisted Living

I’m so disappointed in the care here. As a retired RN who worked in rehab this facility dropped the ball big time with my Bro in law. Rather than get him out of bed to poop, they would just let him poop his pants before they would clean him up. He called for help each time, but no one came.And this happened several times not just once., Next he came from surgery with a Foley catheter… they tried one time to remove it in the month and a half he was there and then left it in. This makes it much harder for someone to get rid of a catheter because the bladder begins to depend on it.. Nursing laziness was totally involved. The director of nursing should have had her hand in all of this, making sure that people are getting the care, they deserve. Now he faces the possibility of living with a catheter for the rest of his life! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE! If you have to put a loved one here visit often and be the squeaky wheel. Get an advocate who knows how Care should be given.

The care here has been great!! The facilities are clean, and all the employees not matter what were always helpful and friendly.my husband loves the food and has gained much needed weight. The Physical Therapy people were patient and most helpful in helping him. Thank you to all of you and the team of workers here. God Bless you all, Lisa Landon

Bad care and terrible attitude of many cna's

There are very friendly hard working staff Members. The person doing the physical therapy his name is Paul is very mindful of peoples time and very respectful. We appreciate friendly, hard-working staff.

They take really great care of my brother in law. He had 2 stokes and couldnt eat, talk or walk. He has improved so much in 4 months. Great staff and very friendly
