Edited from original post 7/16/2026 - if thinking of placing a loved one at Chisholm Place DON'T! I moved my mother and couldn't get her out fast enough. To many issues for this post. Please look for a much better facility. Inexperienced leadership, high rate of staff turnover, loved one not receiving services you were told they would receive and are being paid for (possibly due to constant short staffing), poor response/follow up from leadership regarding care, changes, questions or concerns.

Response from the owner

Dear Sandra, We take your feedback very seriously and sincerely apologize for it. We will be looking into this further. Please contact me at sgriffin@anthemmemorycare.com. I hope to work with you to resolve any issues as soon as possible. I hope to hear from you soon! Steve Griffin, Executive Director

The staff here is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk to people some of them don’t know how to help as a team or have their favorites.

Response from the owner

Jessica, We apologize for your experience with us. We hope to connect with you soon to provide a better experience than the 2 rated service you received. Please reach out to me directly at mmontgomery@anthemmemorycare.com so I can make it right! Mary Montgomery, Executive Director

In a recent family meeting with leadership regarding my mother in law I was surprised how inexperienced/unknowledgeable management was regarding dementia care. My wife has struggled with management regarding her mother's care, getting issues resolved, questions answered (care and otherwise). Management even went so far as stating to my wife that maybe we should move my mother in law. Staff turnover is also high. However, my wife has stated that most CNA's, nurses and aides are very good with my mother in law.

The facility itself is nice. Problems I've had are other residents taking things from my mother's room and breaking them. Although Chisholm does take care of the expenses for these items still shouldn't happen.

Response from the owner

Todd, It sounds like your experience did not meet your expectations or the standard of service we provide to our customers. We hope we can make it up to you — please reach out to me at mmontgomery@anthemmemorycare.com at your earliest convenience! Mary Montgomery, Executive Director
