She is incredibly involved and truly knows what is happening within her home. You can see how much she cares about the residents and how hard she works to make sure their individual needs are met. They give the upmost genuine care and compassion shown to the residents. Their communication is excellent, everyone works together, and you never feel like your loved one is just another resident.
