Cherryvale Place

Cherryvale place/Trustwell Living is NOT a good place to have your loved ones in. We have my MIL there and can't move her because she has Dementia and change really affects her. Alot of the staff here don't really care about the residents. You have some CNA'S/Nurses that are good but they are very few. The Management here is not good at all. They changed Management in November of 2025 and since then this place has went down hill. You can't call and talk to the Management you have to e-mail them and they don't really respond to emails until days/weeks later or not at all. If we knew when we were putting my MIL in here what it would change to we would have placed her elsewhere where the communication was way better. I'm giving them a 1 star because the communication here stinks. Yes we had issues in the past here, but those issues were always addressed and resolved. Now that doesn't happen.

Hard to assign stars due to mixed emotions The facility is clean, joyful and helpful to my mother who has resided there since November. As a family trying to advocate for her health and finances , the experience was frustrating and the executive team is slow to respond to any requests. Knowing what I now know I would probably make another choice but my mother is safe and happy so we won’t make a change until necessary.

We have had the highest level of service at Cherryvale Place, thanks to Vicki Collier-Vereb. She is helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and follows-up on every detail, big or small. She took what could have been a very difficult and stressful situation, and handled it will compassion and care throughout the whole set-up experience and move-in of my father-in-law. We are extremely satisfied and grateful for everything she did for us and our family. She deserves 100 stars.

Such a loving and caring staff. Robin in Activities is amazing.
