Charter House

The Charter House is the absolute top place for physical and emotional healing. I love, love, love everything about the Charter House and the people, who are so kind, genuine and eager to support you in anyway, make you feel like family. Dawn M. Schommer, Room Reservations Coordinator & Administrative Assistant is the most loving and down to earth person I've ever met. She was so helpful with sleeping arrangements, transferring between rooms and explanations of rules and protocols. Cody also deals with reservations, was also helpful and very determined to get everything done perfectly for our arrival and did not disappoint. Saritney, a restaurant server in the Skyview Dining Room is a super cool, funny and awesome server, who was so upbeat and kind. She was flawless in her execution and delivery and makes it a true pleasure to come visit the dining room. Marge~Dawn~: The ladies and the front desk and Sandy who is the driver were so kind to me and so helpful to my wife during our stay. Last but not least Rev. Inetta Reddell the Pastoral Care Coordinator. She is so well versed in a multitude of religious denominations and has a big tender heart. Her prayers are uplifting and inspiring and helped me before going into surgery. I encourage you to visit this amazing place and feel the magic of this clean, neat and well organized facility. D~

A great place to live. Apartments are individualized when you move in. Dinning options are excellent. Services such as maintenance are outstanding. Very conveniently placed next to downtown Rochester and the Mayo Clinic. Indoor access to all of downtown allowing comfortable routes even in inclement weather. A wide range of activities available. Bus service to all or Rochester and entertainment. The neighbors are friendly and interesting. We are extremely happy to live here.
