Celebration Village Forsyth

We are so incredibly grateful for Celebration Village Forsyth. Nothing is perfect, and honestly, if any of us were doing it, it would not be perfect either. But what they offer is truly a gift. Our family has had three loved ones here, and we have experienced independent living, assisted living, and memory care. I can honestly say we do not know what we would have done without them. This photo is of my mom in memory care after her stroke… and that smile says it all. Adam, the director, has brought so much good to Celebration Village. His leadership is felt in every part of the community. He is always buzzing around, yet somehow never too busy to stop, engage, laugh, or listen. He is hands on and right there in the hard moments, which speaks volumes. Carie, his assistant, is right there alongside him, helping everything run smoothly and always making people feel cared for and seen. Semone and Lauren have been absolute lifesavers. The level of care they gave our family, especially during such a difficult season, is something we will never forget. Brian and Frank in maintenance have also been incredible. With everything they have on their plates, they are always quick to take care of anything we need as soon as they are able, and they always do it with a smile. Every single team member we encountered showed such kindness and genuine care. It is something you feel the moment you walk in. Julie in sales is a light, always smiling and bringing warmth to everyone she meets. Ellen and Luz bring so much joy. The events they create and the love they pour into the residents is something special. Their patience is off the charts. There are honestly countless others who have touched our family that I have not even mentioned. This could go on for days. 🤣 We are just so thankful. Truly. Celebration Village Forsyth has been a blessing to our family in more ways than we can express.

Our family was in a difficult situation with our mom living in a different state, trying to find her way to a new normal following the passing of her husband and health concerns. We looked at a variety of places in GA and VA and since GA was mom's choice, we focused there. From the very first initial outreach to Assoc Exec Dir Carrie Larrison, our apprehension quickly subsided. There were several living space options and we chose Concierge Living as it best suited our mom, who for the past year or so, struggled to get out and be active. From the myriad of activities, the social connections, the access to healthcare providers and the dining options - our mom is thriving. We are grateful she agreed to the change and has embraced all Celebration Village Forsyth (CV) has to offer. We are extremely appreciative of the entire team there - from the front desk team, the maintenance support, the dining team and housekeeping. We know it takes a village (no pun intended) to support our aging family members, CV has a strong village. Thank you to Carrie, Adam, Ellen, Julie, Heidi and many more I have failed to name. As CV notes "It is not like home. It is home." And we are happy our mom is home!

Our experience at Celebration Village Forsyth has been an exceptionally great experience!! My husband has been in Assisted Living there for over a year and both of us are extremely pleased with his care, the facility, the food, the cleanliness and particularly the very attentive caring staff! Celebration offers many interesting activities, entertainment and special occasion festivities too! The Celebration Team is wonderfully patient, understanding and generous with their support. I highly recommend this little slice of heaven!!

My Mother and MIL both live at Celebration Village Forsyth. The new management that took over in 2025 have turned this place around! Adam/Carrie and staff have been fabulous! Semone and her team in Memory care are the sweetest and take very good care of the residents! There are numerous weekly activities to keep the residents active. The seasonal decor keeps Celebration looking so nice all year long! My MIL uses the car service to go to her various Dr appts which is very helpful to her. Our Mom's have been at Celebration for over 4 yrs now and we are so happy that the new management have made Celebration back to what it was when it opened!
