Cedarhurst is a beautiful place for assisted living and memory care. Feels more like a senior resort. Susan was the first person we met. She was wonderful in assisting us and making it a smooth transition. Amanda, the head nurse in charge, works hard to stay up with every person’s care plan. I’m not even sure how she does it. Not an easy job with so many to keep up with. The PT staff are very empathetic but also encouraging. The guys that work the dining hall work hard to know everyone and interact in the most polite way. On the floor staff have to do what most people won’t. They definitely need a pay raise.

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review. We’re grateful you’ve experienced the warmth, professionalism, and dedication of our team across so many areas of the community. It means a great deal to hear that the transition felt smooth and that the care, therapy, dining, and day-to-day support have made a positive impact. Our team works incredibly hard to serve residents with compassion and respect, and we’ll be sure to share your kind words with them. We’re honored to care for your loved one and appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us.

We can’t say enough good things about Cedarhurst in Farmington. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful — warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed so it truly feels like home. My mother-in-law was able to make her apartment her own, surrounding herself with her personal belongings and creating a space that was comfortable, familiar, and uniquely hers. That meant so much to our family. What really sets Cedarhurst apart, though, is the staff. They provided truly compassionate, attentive care during difficult times. They endeared themselves to her and became part of our extended family. We are deeply grateful for the care, warmth, and support they provided during an important time in our family’s life, and we would absolutely recommend Cedarhurst for anyone needing a supportive senior living community

Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt review. We are so grateful you chose Cedarhurst in Farmington for your mother-in-law, and it means so much to hear how important it was for her to make her apartment truly feel like home. Creating a comfortable, familiar space is such a meaningful part of the transition, and we’re glad that brought peace to your family. Your kind words about our team mean the world to us. Providing compassionate, attentive care is something we never take lightly. Hearing that our staff became part of your extended family is the highest compliment we could receive. Thank you for your trust, your recommendation, and for allowing us to be part of such an important chapter in your family’s life.
