If you're considering Cedarhurst of Arnold DONT! It IS a beautiful facility but that is it!! I placed my mom there a little over 2 mons ago & have since pulled her out! She suffered 2 UTI's from sitting hours in a soaking wet depends, had 2 urine burns on her thigh from same, & a large bloody & bruised gash on her calf that no one could explain. She had been in the memory care side of the facility. They are currently losing all admin staff (??)...please stay away!

My grandparents moved in here a few months ago. While so many promises were made prior to move in, there has been absolutely no follow-through on most of this. The quality of the food is poor, some of the staff are not friendly, and cleaning is not done on a regular basis as promised. Just a heads-up to anyone looking for a quality place for their aging family members—I have seen nothing to convince me that Cedarhurst is that place. I know staffing around the country is a challenge now, I know COVID is still confusing to navigate…but the prices you are asking these folks to pay is just absurd for the level of service provided.

It’s a place that has persevered the past couple years. But has also been a awesome facility outside of Covid as well. When faced with challenges where other nursing homes often fail, Cedarhurst maintained greatness! Highly recommended!

Cedarhurst of Arnold is beautiful!! But what sets this place apart from anywhere else is the amazing staff. Everyone that works here is dedicated to the residents that live here. The staff is always smiling and willing to help each other out.
