Catherine's House

Kelsie owns Catherine's house. She provides excellent and loving care to her residents and their families. She always places the residents needs as if she were caring for her own family. In fact, she treats the residents and loved ones as her extended family. I would not hesitate to place the care of my loved ones in her experienced hands again.

Catherine s haouse is a home to the Elderly No only the staff take good care of Eldery they treat them as family. When my aunt was there she like it so much she always say food is good here we eat on time and have tons of fun, and everyone treats me as family. We love Catherine home no only they are professional also everyone that come there feel they are home .💗

Catherine's House literally saved my mother's life. I loved going there to visit my mother - not just to see how happy and healthy Mom was, but because the owners and their staff are great to be around. I always left with my spirits lifted. Before I moved my mother down from the (very expensive) center in Connecticut, we were paying a lot of money for minimal care. She was slowly slipping away - she could barely recognize family and just sat around all day, kept quiet by all the pain drugs they had her on. Within a month of moving to Catherine's House, Mom was lucid, pain-free, and off all her drugs. The staff had diligently been getting her up to move around hourly, which helped reduce her joint pain. The stimulating atmosphere and the interactions with staff and residents brightened her mood, which helped even more. Her memory improved and she started telling stories again. I would love to give Catherine's House 6 stars or more - excellent care, healthy meals, cleaner than many hospitals, and staff that treat residents like part of the family.

Dad has been at Catherine’s house for 3 years. Since he has mobility issues, the smaller environment and staff to resident ratio has been a good fit. We also get to know the owners and caregivers well. They welcome us to visit and my son has also brought his keyboard to provide live music for a Christmas party and just during the week . Kelsie helps navigate any hospital visits so that I can ask the right questions and his visits there can be as short as medically safe. The animals that live there keep residents company and engaged.

My father lived at Catherine's House from 2012 until 2017, when he passed away peacefully in his sleep. Kelsie and her staff were always very kind, gentle, understanding and patient with him. My father was very short tempered, but Kelsie always treated him with respect. Before my father passed away, they became very good friends. During a short stint at a rehab/nursing facility, my father showed signs of significant depression due to his surroundings. At Catherine's House, he felt at home and smiled often. Kelsie keeps a very clean place. She is on top of everything and is always helpful. She took great care of my father and I highly recommend Catherine's House to others looking for a safe home for their loved ones.
