Horrible, they never answer the phone, when they do and you ask a question, they say that they have to get back with you and never do, would NEVER recommend this place

Cascades is the worst place. Lack of staff, lack of respect for residents, they pretty much hire anyone with no experience.

Very friendly environment for all residents and family members. Staff are all super kind and residents are taking care of very well. One of the top senior livings I've ever been with!!!

We had a very good experience with Cascades when our mother was there. Though she was only there for a short time, the staff took very good care of her and us as a family as well. The staff is very caring and helpful. We would highly recommend Cascades if you need a home for your loved one.

My mother is a resident and she gets good care. She has her own room and bathroom. There are always people/residents around so she can socialize, and caregivers are available when she needs them. Cascades is well-maintained. They have a primary care doctor for all of the residents who visits occasionally, my concern is that he doesn't see them often enough.
